The fixtures are mounted on a cube giving multi loading and indexing capabilities for CNC machining. Components can be clamped in position manually or hydraulically. Fixtures can be mounted to either 2 sided 'tombestones' or four sided 'cubes'.
| Fourth axis CNC machining fixtures | ||
![]() | The fixture is mounted between a fourth axis indexing unit and a tailstock with hydraulic locking sleeve for maximum rigidity during machining. Components are held in position by hydraulic swing clamps and miniature rams. The body of the fixture is deep hole drilled to form a manifold, eliminating any external pipework which is prone to damage and swarf collection.
